Aksi Kamisan Makassar : Selamatkan Demokrasi

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.Com – Sekelompok massa kembali menggelar Aksi Kamisan yang ke-85 yang berlangsung didepan Monumen Mandala Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Sawerigading, Kec. Ujung Pandang, Kota Makassar. Pada, Kamis (22/02/2024).
Unjuk rasa dengan tajuk “Aksi Kamisan Berdiri, Selamatkan demokrasi” diikuti sejumlah massa dari berbagai organisasi maupun individu dengan menggunakan dress code hitam, lalu membentangkan spanduk dan membagikan selebaran kepada pengguna jalan.
Untuk rasa ini dimulai dengan pembacaan tuntutan oleh massa Aksi Kamisan Makassar dimana ia menyuarakan empat tuntutan :
- Kami menolak segala bentuk pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi dalam proses pemilihan umum 2024, termasuk mobilisasi sumberdaya negara untuk kepentingan politik tertentu. Demokrasi yang sehat dan berintegritas harus didasarkan pada prinsip – prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia.
- Kami menuntut agar proses pemilihan umum dan pencalonan presiden dan wakil presiden dilaksanakan secara jujur, adil, dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Praktik – praktik politik yang melanggar etika, konstitusi, dan hukum harus dihentikan, dan mereka yang terlibat harus diadili sesuai dengan prosedur hukum yang berlaku.
- Keterlibatan masyarakat sipil dalam memantau dan mengawasi proses pemilihan umum sangat penting untuk menjaga integritas demokrasi. Kami mendesak agar pemerintah mendengarkan aspirasi dan kekhawatiran masyarakat sipil, serta memberikan ruang yang lebih besar bagi partisipasi mereka dalam proses politik.
- Kami mengajak semua pihak yang peduli terhadap masa depan demokrasi Indonesia untuk bersatu dan bertindak untuk menyelamatkan demokrasi dari upaya – upaya yang merusak integrasinya. Bersama – sama, kita dapat memperjuangkan demokrasi yang kuat, inklusif, dan berlandaskan keadilan bagi semua warga negara Indonesia.
Menurut Suci, aksi kamisan kali ini adalah bentuk kecaman pada praktik nepotisme pemerintah yang telah merivisi undang – undang demi meloloskan anak Jokowi (Gibran) sebagai calon wakil presiden yang sebenarnya belum memenuhi syarat untuk mencalonkan diri.
“Melihat situasi paska pemilu itu banyak sekali dipertontonkanki, bahkan sebelum Pemilu pun, bagaimana pencalonan Gibran yang diterima” ungkap wanita bertopi putih tersebut.
Massa aksi ini juga mengungkapkan, pasangan calon yang telah memiliki suara terbanyak berdasarkan hasil quick count tersebut mempunyai potensi akan mencoreng nilai demokrasi di Indonesia.
“Belum saja naik Prabowo-Gibran banyakmi kejadian – kejadian yang kayak melemahkan demokrasi” ungkapnya
Hal ini bukan tanpa alasan menurutnya aktivitas pelarangan nonton bersama Film Eksil di Kota Samarinda telah menjadi tanda-tanda calon pemimpin bangsa yang buruk.
“Contohnya pemutaran film Eksil. Di Samarinda itu, kemarin saya lihat di akunnya aksi kamisan Kaltim itu dibatalkan” kesal Suci, pada pengekangan nobar film.
Senada dengan hal tersebut Zahra menuturkan, bahwa kamisan ke-85 kali ini juga adalah upaya kampanye kepada masyarakat dalam mengecam pembiaran negara terhadap pelaku pelanggaran HAM.
“Istilahnya memberi tahukan kepada orang – orang, kalau masih ada pelanggaran HAM berat masa lalu yang sama sekali tidak digubris sama pemerintah” Jelasnya
