Aksi Solidaritas Tolak Pabrik Semen

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Puluhan Mahasiswa menggelar aksi solidaritas di jalan Urip Sumohardjo depan kampus Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI), menuntut agar izin PT Semen Indonesia (PT SI) di Pegunungan  Kendeng segera dicabut, Jumat (24/03).

Eksploitasi Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) yang terjadi dimana-mana diseluruh pelosok Negara Indonesia yang berakibat negatif terhadap rakyat kecil. Misalnya saja yang terjadi di Rembang Jawa Tengah, ekploitasi SDA di pegunungan kendeng yang dalangi oleh PT Semen Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Pejabat Negara dan  secara tak langsung merampas hak-hak masyarakat disekitar pegunungan kendeng.

Menurut Ahmad Maulana selaku koordinator lapangan menjelaskan bahwa “pemerintah kini tak lagi enggan mendengar aspirasi dari masyarakat kecil. Seperti yang terjadi di Rembang Jawa Tengah, para petani kendeng yang sudah dua kali menggelar aksi cor kaki dengan semen di depan Istana Negara sebagai bentuk penolakan para petani kendeng terhadap pabrik semen di pegunungan kendeng, pemerintahan Jokowi-JK kini tak lagi berpihak kepada masyarakat kecil, terbukti dari sikap pemerintah yang tidak menindaklanjuti tuntutan-tuntutan dari para petani kendeng.”

Dalam aksi tersebut  Ahmad juga menambahkan, sikap dari Ganjar Pranowo selaku Gubernur Jawa Tengah yang sama sekali tidak berpihak terhadap masyarakat kendeng dengan SK yang di terbitkannya mengsahkan jalannya operasi PT semen Indonesia untuk mengerut SDA di pegunungan kendeng. Padahal pihak dari masyarakat kendeng telah memenangkan persoalan ini di Mahkamah Agung tapi Ganjar Pranowo tidak mengindahkannya.

Kalau memang pemerintah peduli terhadap masyarakat kecil maka cabut izin PT semen Indonesia dan tegakkan keadilan terhadap para petani kendeng. Tutupnya
