Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com– Aliansi Mahasiswa Universitas Muslim Indonesia (AMU) melakukan aksi demonstrasi di depan gedung Rektorat Universitas Muslim Indonesia pada senin 2/10/2023.

Demonstran yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Mahasiswa Universitas Muslim Indonesia (AMU) ini menuntut pihak rektorat agar mengembalikan hak mahasiswa yang di kebiri oleh pihak universitas

Andis selaku kordinator lapangan mengatakan bahwa aksi ini bertujuan untuk menuntut kebijakan-kebijakan yang di keluarakan oleh pihak universitas yang sama sekali tidak berpihak  kepada mahasiswanya

“Aksi ini bertujuan untuk segala bentuk kebijakan-kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pimpinan rektor universitas muslim Indonesia itu tidak pro terhadap mahasiswa yang ada di wilayah universitas muslim Indonesia itu sendiri. ” Tegas Andis

Andis juga menambahkan bahwa Ketika Rektor UMI menjabat pada 2017 lalu beliau sempat menegaskan bahwa pungli di dalam dunia perkampusan itu tidak ada, pembayaran hanya dilakukan ketika mahasiswa melakukan pelunasan SPP dan BPP, namun kenyataannya masih banyak sekali tindakan pemungutan liar yang terjadi di lingkup kampus.

“Pada tahun 2017 kemarin bapak rektor itu kemudian menjabat dia berspeking bahwa segala bentuk pungli itu tidak ada kecuali ketika kita melakukan pembayaran SPP dan BPP selain dari pada itu tidak ada pembayaran di luar dari pada itu.” Sambung Andis

Senada dengan itu April salah satu masa aksi menuturkan bahwa tidak ada transparansi angaran lembaga kemahasiswan oleh setiap fakultas, padahal terdapat pemotongan-pemotongan dana lembaga kemahasiswaan oleh pihak fakultas.

“Mungkin di hampir semua fakultas tidak transparansinya anggaran kemahasiswaan, anggaran lembaga jadi banyak sekali pemotongan-pemotongan yang kita tidak tau lari kemana pemotongan ini itu masuk pungli atau bagaimana.” Ungkap April

April juga menambahkan bahwa adanya pembatasan aktivitas mahasiswa pada malam hari oleh pihak fakultas sangat mengintervensi lembaga-lembaga kampus, serta menanggapi soal aturan PERMENDIKBUD PPKS NO 30 tahun 2021, di mana pihak birokrasi sendiri belum membuat aturan turunan. Padahal jelas bahwa  PERMENDIKBUD PPKS NO 30 tahun 2021 sendiri telah menegasakan aturan tersebut harus di terapkan di setiap Universitas yang ada di Indonesia dan terdapat sanksi administrativ yang akan diberikan apabila pihak Universitas  tidak menerapkan aturan PERMENDIKBUD PPKS NO 30 tahun 2021 tersebut.

“Kalau dari beberapa fakultas misalnaya di faklutas sastra, bentuk intervensi yang di dapatkan oleh teman-teman di Lembaga itu pembatasan mislanya jam malam jadi misalnya kita di kasi waktu untuk melakukan kegiatan di dalam kampus jadi lembaga itu hanya bisa digunakan sampai magrib saja, serta menanggapi soal permendikbud 30 itu kan kita sama-sama tau yah bahwa itu aturan dari kementrian Pendidikan yang khusus untuk mengatur pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kekerasan sekseual itu sebenarnya sudah di undangkan dari 2021 dan sudah hampir dua tahun UMI belum menurunkan aturan tururnan padahal sudah jelas permendikbud kalau misalnya ada kampus yang tidak menerapkan aturan ini maka di beri sanksi akan bisa di cabut akreditasi nya dan juga sanksi lainya akan di putus biaya anggaranya dari PERMENDIKBUD PPKS NO 30 tahun 2021.” Jelas April

dari pihak rektorat sendiri  ada tanggapan dari Wakil Rektor III Universitas Muslim Indonesia terkait tuntutan-tuntutan yang di gaungkan oleh masa aksi, beliau akan menyampaikan kepada dekan-dekan di beberapa fakultas untuk diadakanya dialog akademik yang membahas terkait masalah- masalah yang terdapat di fakultas masing-masing.

“Saya kira perlu nanti kita sampaikan kepada dekan-dekan bahwa Ananda kita itu menghendaki untuk dialog bagaimana fakultas saya bisa berjaya jadi harapan Ananda saya kira kami juga pihak universitas juga mengharapkan seperti itu.” Jelas Wakil Rektor III

Saat wakil rektor III di wawancarai salah satu masa aksi melontarkan pertanyaan mengenai perkuliahan hybrid yang masih diterapkan di Universitas Muslim Indonesia, menanggapi hal itu wakil rektor III mengatakan keputusan perkuliahan hybrid ini tergantung kesepakatan antara dosen dan mahasiswa.

Adapun Tuntutan-Tuntutan yang di gaungkan oleh masa aksi yang Tergabung dalam Aliansi Mahasiswa UMI (AMU) Yaitu:

  1. Hentikan perkuliahan Hybrid
  2. Stop Intervensi Lembaga
  3. Hapuskan Pembatasan Jam Malam
  4. Hilangkan segala bentuk pungli
  5. Transparansi Anggaran (KKN, Dana Kemahasiswaan, infrastruktur, Administrasi, Subsidi Silang, Padlam)
  6. Tuntaskan Infrastruktur
  7. Implementasi Permendikbud 30 di Kampus UMI
