“Memahami Consent Dalam Relasi Pernikahan”. Di pelataran Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FIKOM) Universitas Muslim Indonseia (UMI). Kamis (10/03/2022).
Sasa, salah satu pemantik sekaligus aktivis gender mengatakan bahwa, consent dalam relasi hubungan pernikahan butuh adanya kesepakatan. Consent khususnya secara praktik walaupun sudah di akui sah secara agama dan negara karena kekerasan seksual paling rentan terjadi dalam ranah rumah tangga.
Walaupun relasi pernikahan itu sudah di anggap relasi yang consent, sudah bersepakat, di akui secara agama dan negara. cuman dalam praktiknya misalnya, dalam melakukan hubungan seksualtas penting adanya consent atau kesepakatan.
” Ketika salah satunya yang paling rentan mengalami kekerasan seksual itu dalam ranah rumah tangga adalah perempuan karena kadang laki-laki memaksakan perempuan untuk melakukan hubungan seksualitas walaupun perempuannya tidak ingin, mungkin menggunakan dalih agama atau menggunakan kewajiban istri dan lain sebagainya yang mengharuskan, “Iyo” pokoknya harus mau,” Tambahnya.
Mira LBH Makassar juga menyampaikan, sekalipun dalam hubungan pernikahan yang legal secara hukum dan agama. Consent masih di butuhkan khsusunya dalam aktivitas seksual karena legal secara hukum, tidak membenarkan semua perbuatan dalam konsep rumah tangga.
Salah satu bentuk penggolongan kekerasan seksual menurut KOMNAS perempuan juga mengatur bagaimana bentuk pelayanan istri harus mendapat afirmasi. jika tidak, hal itu termasuk marital rape atau pemerkosaan dalam rumah tangga.
“Jadi, termasuk untuk etika misalnya, untuk melakukan hubungan badan dan seterusnya, semua butuh untuk di dsikusikan atau di bicarakan. jadi lagi-lagi ku tegaskan, pernikahan itu hanya melegalkan secara agama dan secara hukum tentang relasi antara dua orang untuk relasinya akan berjalan seperti apa, perbuatan apapun yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasangan itu tetap butuh consent.
Bentuk pelayanan istri harus mendapat afirmasi dari istri alias consent. komnas perempuan sendiri sudah menggolongkan ada satu betuk kekerasan seksual dalam pernikahan yatu marital rape pemerkosaan dalam rumah tangga,” tegasnya.
Lebih lanjut, Ica selaku aktivis buku perempuan Makassar berharap dengan adanya dsikusi, “Memahami Consent dalam Relasi,” dapat menciptakan ruang aman terlpas dari apapun label relasinya.
“Harapannya, lahirnya ruang aman, tujuan di bicarakannya consent yang outputnya harus ruang aman, kita bicara masalah, “oh iya, kita bicara masalah memahami consent dalam relasi,” berarti bagaimana kita menciptakan ruang aman dan nyaman dalam tiap relasi terlepas dari relasi apapun labelnya, seperti itu,” tutupnya.
