FPR Sulsel : Bebaskan Ijul dan Cabut UU Cipta Kerja

Makassar, cakrawalaide.com – Front Perjuangan Rakyat Sulawesi Selatan (FPR Sulsel), menggelar aksi demonstrasi di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Makassar, dengan tuntutan “Bebaskan Ijul. Cabut UU No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja,”. Rabu, (25/11/2020).
“Aksi ini untuk mengawal sidang praperadilan kasus salah tangkap dan penetapan status tersangka terhadap Ijul,” kata Cibal Via WhatsApp.
Aksi tuntutan yang digelar oleh FPR Sulsel di PN Makassar sudah terjadi untuk kedua kalinya, yaitu dimulai pada tanggal 18 November 2020 lalu, tetapi ditunda karena mangkirnya Polrestabes Kota Makassar dalam sidang Praperadilan kasus penangkapan dan penetapan tersangka Supianto.
Mangkirnya pihak Polrestabes Kota Makassar, bukan tanpa sebab. Melainkan dikarenakan belum adanya Surat Keputusan (SK) penunjukan untuk menghindari sidang Praperadilan.
Di lain pihak, Tim Penasehat Hukum tersangka menilai, alasan yang disampaikan termohon dengan tidak menghadiri persidangan sengaja dibuat untuk mengulur waktu sampai sidang pokok perkara dimulai.
“Sebagaimana dalam ketentuan Pasal 82 Ayat 1 KUHAP, praperadilan dinyatakan gugur ketika pokok perkara mulai diperiksa pengadilan.” ungkap Andi Haerul Karim (23/11/2020).
Perlu diketahui pula bahwa, Supianto atau yang kerap disapa Ijul tersebut adalah seorang Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), yang menjadi korban kriminalisasi oleh Polrestabes Makassar dan sekarang mendekam di rutan penjara Polda Sulsel.
Selain dari itu, penangkapan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Polrestabes Kota Makassar terhadap Ijul dan korban salah tangkap lainnya, dengan tuduhan terlibat secara bersama-sama dalam aksi pembakaran mobil ambulans milik Partai Nasdem di Jalan A.P. Pettarani, dinilai tidak sesuai prosedur, dan perlu untuk dipraperadilankan.
