Komite Perjuangan Hari Tani Nasional: Rebut Kekuasaan Bersama Atas Tanah

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Dalam momentum merayakan Hari Tani, Komite Perjuangan Hari Tani Nasional melakakukan aksi demonstrasi dengan seruan “Membangun kekuatan rakyat, rebut kekuasaan bersama atas tanah”. Unjuk rasa ini berlangsung di Fly Over, Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, pada Selasa (27/09/2022).
Dalam press rilis yang disebar, Komite Perjuangan Hari Tani Nasional menyoroti berbagai kebijakan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh negara, Komite Perjuangan Hari Tani Nasional menganggap kebijakan yang telah di keluarkan oleh negara tidak berpihak pada kepentingan rakyat.
Arul selaku Humas mengatakan bahwa peringatan Hari Tani Nasional menjadi ajang untuk mengkampanyekan berbagai kebijakan yang dianggap tidak pro terhadap rakyat, diantaranya ada omnibus law, uu minerba dan berbagai kebijakan yang berimbas buruk pada kehidupan petani.
“Di hari tani nasional ini, kami mengkampanyekan kebijakan negara seperti omnibus law, uu minerba, sebenarnya ada juga uu tpks yang menurut kami akan mengaburkan status korban. Ditambah ada kebijakan lain, contoh kenaikan harga bbm dan ada kebijakan lain, yang kami maksud adalah sekumpulan paket kebijakan negara, uu peraturan presiden yang tidak mencerminkan keberpihakan negara terhadap rakyat, seperti omnibus sendiri, dia kan berdampak adanya upah murah terhadap kaum buruh, status kerja yang tidak pasti. Bagaimana pelegalan uu minerba, tambang-tambang tanpa menyertakan analisis dampak lingkungan, HGU yang semakin diperpanjang dengan cepat, akses kaum pemodal lebih gampang merampas lahan petani,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut, Arul menjelaskan mengenai dampak dari berbagai peraturan yang dinilai tidak bijak terhadap kaum tani dalam priode kepemimpinan kali ini.
“Kebijakan yang sangat berpengaruh menurut kami, dalam kurun 5 tahun periode jokowi bisa teman-teman lihat dimana perampasan lahan petani diakibatkan oleh kebijakan yang melegitimasi perampasan lahan tersebut, di wadas mungkin, perampasan ruang hidup di kota misalkan penggusuran di taman sari, pancoran, kebon jeruk, ada yang di makassar, ada di bara barayya dan ada di beberapa tempat lain. Misalkan di bagian timur perampasan tanah di papua semakin merambat, ada juga di maluku, maravenven, sabuai di kabupaten seram, banyaklah perampasan yang terjadi dalam periode 5 tahun kebijakan-kebijakan yang di keluarkan bapak presiden,” lanjutnya.
Sementara itu imbas dari perampasan lahan yakni terus terjadi konflik agraria, sebagai contoh Desa Wadas terlibat konflik agraria setelah sebagian besar warga menolak lahan desa mereka di alihfungsikan menjadi lokasi pertambangan batuan andesit.
Padahal berdasarkan UU No. 2/2012, tentang Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Kepentingan Umum Bagi Pembangunan, aktivitas pertambangan tidak masuk dalam bagian kepentingan umum.
Namun, dalam legalisrnya Pemerintah mengacu pada UU No. 11/2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dan peraturan pelaksananya yang inkonstitusional, menggunakan skema pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum terhadap kegiatan pertambangan
Sementara itu, Arul mengakui bahwa dia dan massa aksi yang terlibat dalam komite perjuangan hari tani nasional tidak menaruh harapan kepada pemerintah, lebih lanjut ia berharap agar rakyat dapat mulai melakukan gerakan politik alternatif
“Justru kami tidak berharap kepada negara, makanya isu yang kami ambil adalah “bangun kekuatan rakyat; Rebut kekuatan bersama atas tanah” dan dalam beberapa selebaran rilis dari kami, pada poin poin terakhir kami mengkampanyekan ‘bangun kekuatan politik alternatif rakyat’ yang tidak terpopulerisasi oleh partai politik borjuis hari ini yang menurut kami tidak mampu membawa aspirasi masyarakat. karena sudah belasan tahun hingga puluhan tahun masyarakat indonesia bersandar harapan kepada partai politik untuk mampu memuat aspirasi, tapi menurut kami dari 1966 penggulingan politik dari kaum kiri hingga 2022 menurut kami tidak ada partai politik yang bisa memuat aspirasi rakyat. Dengan sederet fakta ini menurut kami sudah saatnya masyarakat indonesia membangun kekuatannya sendiri untuk mengcounter balik pemerintah yang tidak pernah berpihak kepada rakyat,”tutupnya.
