Kuliah Kerja Profesi Hukum, Menuai Tanda Tanya
Makassar, cakrawalaide.com — Seluruh peserta Kuliah Kerja Profesi Hukum (KKPH) mendapat pembekalan dalam rangka untuk pelaksanaan KKPH nantinya, namun sampai hari ini masih banyak suara suara yang bernada sumbang serta cerita cerita tentang pelaksanaan KKPH yang terus mengejar laju dari pelaksanaannya. Kemudian wajar kita bertanya tentang efektifitas serta realisasi dari tujuan pelaksanaan KKPH yang beberapa tahun belakang di laksanakan.
Neni, salah satu mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat angkatan 2010 yang sempat kami wawancarai mengatakan, KKPH yang ada di Fakultas Hukum jarang di laksanakan di fakultas lain, untuk fakultas lain KKPH itu dikejar dan sangat dibutuhkan, dikarenakan mampu membuka ruang untuk beraktualisasi dan mempraktikkan kemampuan akademik dan itu merupakan kesempatan langka.
Namun di sisi lain KKPH yang menjadi kuliah kerja di Fakultas Hukum mendapatkan tanggapan berbeda dari beberapa pihak, salah satunya Al- Farizi mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum angkatan 2009 yang sudah pernah mengikuti KKPH mengatakan, ”semangat KKPH yang awalnya wadah beberapa mahasiswa terkadang tidak mendapatkan hal itu ditempatnya, akibat tidak adanya monitoring evaluasi dari pihak fakultas dilapangan,” ujarnya saat ditemui di Mesjid Umar bin Khattab.
Salah satu langkah bijak yang mungkin bisa diambil oleh pihak fakultas adalah mengevaluaisi pelaksanaan kembali KKPH yang beberapa tahun belakangan dilaksanakan. Jangan sampai hanya sampai pada perencanaan tujuan yang luar biasa namun berhenti disitu, gampang puas pada pelaksanaan yang tak jelas kemana arahnya tanpa monitoring dan evaluasi yang secara berkisinambungan, sebelum KKPH sama sekali tidak mendongkrak kualitas mahasiswa. Dan juga berpengaruh pada kualitas alumni yang dimiliki, ketika nanti terjun ke masyarakat.
“karena perbaikan tatanan hukum yang selama ini kronis oleh segala kepentingan, perlu dimulai dari kualitas pelajar yang baik secara akademik, tak hanya punya idealisme yang kuat, namun berani mengubah” tutup Al-Farizi.
