Lantik Pengurus Baru IMAGE SC, WD III FEB-UMI Siap Fasilitasi untuk Sokong Kreativitas Mahasiswa

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Badan Eksekutif Intellectual Masterpiece Generation of Economic (IMAGE) Study Club (SC) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) baru saja dilantik oleh Dr Syamsuri Rahim selaku Wakil Dekan III FEB UMI, Kamis (16/1/2020).
Pelantikan tersebut berlangsung di salah satu ruangan Gedung FEB UMI lantai 4, dengan mengangkat tema “Optimalisasi peran & fungsi pengurus IMAGE SC guna membangun organisasi yang berintegritas dan kompetitif”.
Menurut Dimas, selaku demisioner presiden IMAGE SC periode 2018-2019, pengangkatan tema tersebut bertujuan untuk merangsang dan merespons dinamika yang semakin dibutuhkannya kerja sama, serta dibaluti integritas, dan semangat kompetitif.
“Organisasi merupakan wadah, tempat kita belajar untuk mengasah skill yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Jawabannya itu adalah integritas dan semangat kompetitif,” ucapnya.
Senada dengan itu, Syamsuri Rahim dalam sambutannya mengharapkan IMAGE SC mampu berintegritas dan bersinergi dengan birokrasi FEB UMI untuk membuat kegiatan-kegiatan yang bermanfaat.
“Saya menunggu kerja samanya dengan fakultas dalam membuat kegiatan yang memicu semangat kompetensi, bahkan kalau perlu sampai pada tingkat nasional,” tuturnya.
Selain itu, WD III FEB UMI itu juga mengharapkan kedepannya bukan hanya IMAGE SC saja, tetapi semua kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang mengembangkan kreativitas dan pengembangan pengetahuan, seperti lomba yang memicuh semangat kompetitif mahasiswa.
“Seperti membuat lomba yang bersifat intelektual dan kreativitas karena kita sendiri merupakan lembaga akademik dan kami akan fasilitasi itu,” pungkasnya.
Dipenghujung acara, Syamsuri Rahim pun memimpin langsung pengambilan sumpah terima jabatan untuk para pengurus IMAGE SC periode 2019-2020.
Pengambilan sumpah setia pada organisasi dilakukan di hadapan para tamu yang merupakan pengurus dari beberapa lembaga yang ada di lingkup UMI.
