Menolak Otsus dan Dob, PRP Dapat Teror dan Kekerasan Dari Ormas

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com- Aksi Puluhan masyarakat Papua yang tergabung dalam Petisi rakyat Papua (PRP) menolak Daerah Otonomi Baru (DOB) dan cabut Otonomi khusus (Otsus) mendapatkan tindakan kekerasan dari ormas reaksioner Makassar, Selasa (10/05/22)
Bochy selaku korlap aksi menerangkan bahwa selama berlakunya DOB dan Otsus tidak mendatangkan sama sekali kesejahteraan bagi rakyat Papua namun hanya meningkatkan potensi pelanggaran HAM di wilayah Papua.
“Rakyat Papua tidak menikmati hal itu, aturan khusus yang itu malah meningkatkan ketertindasan, pelanggaran ham, penangkapan, itu lebih besar lagi” terangnya
Lebih lanjut, Bochy menerangkan bahwa tidak semua rakyat Papua yang sepakat terkait aturan yang telah sah tersebut
“Otsus dan DOB adalah kehancuran bagi Papua, kenapa Dua provinsi Papua dan Papua barat saja orang Papua tidak pernah merasa, tapi ini kenapa ada lagi 3 DOB itu, bahkan orang Papua tidak sepakat soal DOB dan Otsus itu” tegas Bochy
Di luar dari itu, Saat massa aksi PRP longmarch dari arah asrama Papua cendrawasih IV uwotakaida Makassar menuju monumen mandala, massa aksi di hadang oleh ormas di pertigaan Jl. Lanto Daeng Pasewang – Jl. Rusa. Terlihat para ormas melakukan tindakan represif kepada massa aksi PRP dengan cara mencoba merebut spanduk tuntutan, menendang, memukul, meneriaki, dan tindakan tindakan lainnya.
Terkait hal tersebut bochy menerangkan bahwa tindakan kekerasan yang di lakukan ormas bukan pertama kalinya, dan hal tersebut selalu di rasakan berulangkali saat masyarakat Papua melakukan aksi
“Kawan- kawan di pukul, di dorong, bahkan di tendang. hal itu bukan baru saja, memang selama kita punya aksi aksi itu begitu”
Lebih jauh bochy juga menegaskan bahwa apa yang di lakukan para ormas telah melanggar aturan yang berlaku saat ini
“Undang undangkan sudah ada, bahwa menyampaikan pendapat itu sudah ada dan kita tahu”
Memperkuat hal tersebut Arman selaku humas PRP juga menerangkan bahwa semalam sebelum aksipun beberapa massa aksi telah mendapatkan teror melalui telepon maupun WhatsApp
“Teman-teman yang lain sudah dapat memang di ancam sebelum aksinya itu sudah memang ada” terangnya.
Dikutip dari selebaran pernyataan sikap PRP adapun beberapa tuntutan adalah :
1. Hentikan praktek pelaksanaan otonomi khusus Jilid
II Dalam kebijakan uu nomor 2 tahun 2021.
3. Hentikan produk hukum pemekaran yang dipaksakan atas nama pembangunan dan keserataan kesejahteraan terhadap orang Papua.
3. Berikan akses internasional, jurnalis independen untuk datang ke Papua dan menginvestigasi segala bentuk kejahatan kemanusiaan di tanah Papua.
4. Cabut UU nomor 2 tahun 2021 tentang perubahan undang-undang nomor 21 tahun 2001.
5. Hentikan rencana pemekaran provinsi di tanah Papua, yang merupakan politik pendudukan dan politik pecah belah di Papua.
6. Tarik militer organik dan non organik dari seluruh tanah Papua.
7. Meminta akses palang merah internasional, untuk memberikan akses pelayanan kesehatan terhadap 67 ribu pengungsi, di kabupaten nduga, intan jaya, puncak Papua, pegunungan bintang, Maybrat dan Yahukimo.
8. Elit politik Papua stop mengatasnamakan rakyat Papua mendorong pemekaran demi memperpanjang kekuasaan dan menjadi alat penindas bagi rakyat Papua.
9. Bebaskan victory mo dan seluruh tahanan politik di tanah Papua TANPA SYARAT !
10. Segera hentikan rencana pembangunan bandara udara antariksa di Biak.
11. Presiden republik Indonesia dan kabinetnya hentikan rancangan undang-undang pemekaran di tanah Papua.
12. Pemerintah Indonesia segera membuka akses bagi komunitas internasional untuk datang ke Papua : komisi tinggi HAM PBB, pelapor khusus tentang pengungsi, anggota kongres, jurnalis – akademisi internasional, LSM internasional.
13. Mendesak komunitas internasional, uni Eropa, Amerika serikat, newzeland, negara-negara ASEAN, China international money fund (IMF), world Bank, untuk menghentikan bantuan dana kepada pemerintah Indonesia, karena selama 59 tahun telah terbukti gagal membangun Papua, yang berdampak pada genosida, etnosida, dan ekosida terhadap bangsa Papua.
14. Berikan hak penentuan nasib sendiri sebagai solusi demokratis bagi rakyat bangsa Papua.
15. Tutup semua perusahaan asing di seluruh tanah Papua: Freeport, LNG tangguh, MIFEE, blok Wabu.
16. Kami bangsa Papua bersama saudara Haris Azhar dan Fathia: hentikan kriminalisasi hukum, teror dan intimidasi terhadap pembela HAM bangsa Papua di Indonesia.
17. Mendukung perjuangan rakyat wadas di Purworejo, Jawa tengah tentang penolakan tambang proyek bendungan bener.
18. Hentikan uji coba nuklir di Pasifik yang dilakukan oleh Perancis, Amerika, new Zealand dan Australia.
19. Tolak KTT G-20 pada tahun 2022 di Indonesia.
