Menuju Hari HAM, Komite Aksi HAM Gelar Human Right Fest

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Komite aksi Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) gelar Human Right Fest dengan mengusung Tagline HAM Dikorupsi. Festival berlangsung di aula Asrama IPMI Sidrap. Rabu (08/12/2021).
Festival ini merupakan salah satu dari rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Komite Aksi HAM sebelum tanggal 10 Desember yang diperingati sebagai hari Hak Asasi Manusia internasional.
Sonika kordinator acara mengatakan bahwa Festival Kemanusiaan ini selain menjadi tempat silaturahmi untuk semua organisasi yang mengadvokasi isu-isu pelanggaran HAM, juga festival ini memperlihatkan kita semua bagaimana pelanggaran HAM itu nyata dan terjadi di sekitar kita.
“Sebelumnya nda nyangka bakal banyak sekali yang datang. Di Fest ini kalau bisa dibilang ajang silaturahmi dan juga ajakki untuk bahasanya buka mata ta ada banyak sekali pelanggaran HAM yg terjadi disekitarta. Dibuktikan dari testimoni testimoni oleh teman-teman,” jelasnya.
Fahri, salah satu anggota Front Nahdliyin untuk Kedaulatan Sumber Daya Alam (FNKSDA) menerangkan bahwa festival ini salah satunya menjadi ajang refleksi pelanggaran HAM di Indonesia yang telah berlangsung sekian lama termasuk beberapa rancangan undang-undang yang statusnya masih simpang siur.
“Kita juga ingin mengkampanyekan kembali beberapa isu-isu yang terkait dengan HAM.Misalnya pelanggaran HAM masa lalu, perampasan ruang hidup dan beberapa produk undang-undang yang hari ini statusnya belum jelas. RUU PKS, RUU Masyarakat Adat dan lain-lain yang sangat urgent untuk dibahasa,” tegasnya.
Lebih lanjut Fahri juga menerangkan bahwa rezim yang berkuasa saat ini sangat massif dalam mengkampanyekan isu terkait penuntasan pelanggaran HAM. Menurutnya itu semua hanyalah sebagai pencitraan karena faktanya sampai saat ini negara sama sekali acuh dan terkesan tidak memiliki niat untuk menyelesaikan segala problema kasus pelanggaran HAM.
“Kami melihat bahwa dua periode kepemimpinan jokowi ini dia tidak berperspektif HAM. di lain sisi dia mengatakan pemberantasan kasus-kasus HAM masa lalu namun di sisi lain dia tidak menuntaskan tapi malah menambah kejahatan HAM itu sendiri lewat pembangunan-pembangunan neoliberal yang kemudian dilakukan,” tambahnya.
Selain itu Federici salah satu anggota 16 Hari anti kekerasan terhadap perempuan (16HAKTP), Menerangkan bahwa kasus kekerasan seksual merupakan kasus yang sistemik dan struktural semakin berat dengan belum disahkannya Rancangan Undang-Undang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (RUU-PKS) karena HAM juga menaungi tentang kekerasan seksual.
“Kasus kekerasan seksual itu kasus yang semakin bertambah dan seperti fenomena gunung es dan bukan dilihat sebagai problem tunggal tapi dia problem sistemik dan struktural, hubungannya dengan HAM karena penyintas kekerasan seksual juga merupakan manusia, makanya perlindungan oleh negara itu harus ada,” tegasnya.
Herli, anggota Wahana Lingkungan Indonesia (WALHI) menyinggung terkait pelanggaran HAM. Bahwa hal tersebut juga bersinggungan langsung dengan lingkungan hidup dan negara dalam mengatur regulasi terkait lingkungan itu sama sekali tidak melihat masyarakat sebagai subjek contohnya Pengelolaan Wilayah Pesisir dan Pulau-Pulau Kecil (RZPW3K)
“Saat RZPW3K itu dibuat tidak dilibatkan masyarakat serta saat penambangan pasir dilakukan pihak pemerintah maupun penambang itu bahwa mereka akan menambang di wilayah tangkap nelayan. Serta pemulihan bagi nelayan dan perempuan kodingareng yang sampai saat ini belum terpenuhi,” tutupnya.
Komite Aksi Hari HAM ini terdiri dari beberapa organisasi mahasiswa, LSM, dan masyarakat yang berada di Makassar.
