Terkait Teatrikal, AM-UMI: Seperti Itu Penindasan Kampus Saat Ini
Makassar, cakrawalaide.com – Aliansi Mahasiswa Universitas Muslim Indonesia (AM-UMI) pertontonkan teatrikal kepada mahasiswa, Kampus II, Jumat (26/4/2019).
Dalam aksi tersebut, mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam AM-UMI mengelilingi kampus, serta tiga mahasiswa yang berperan sebagai Birokrasi dan Militer, menarik mahasiswa yang mengenakan almamater.
Lanjut, berperan sebagai birokrasi, Alhashim mengungkapkan, ini merupakan kritikan terhadap kampus.
“Kampus yang seharusnya wadah ilmiah, kini layaknya penjara, dimana kebebasan berekspresi mahasiswa terkekang, dikarenakan regulasi pada peraturan UMI No. 1 tahun 2018 itu sangat tidak mencerminkan demokratisasi dalam kampus,” ujarnya.
Mahasiswa yang melihat pertunjukan tersebut memberikan apresiasi terhadap peserta aksi, salah satunya, Tauhid mengungkapkan bahwa merekalah orang – orang yang menyampaikan aspirasi kami.
“saya sangat mengapresiasi aksi tersebut, kampus memang seperti itu adanya, kami dipaksa untuk mengikuti aturan, namun kami tidak dilibatkan dalam pengambilan kebijakan,” tutup Tauhid.
Sebelumnya, surat edaran Rektor No. 1161/F.01/UMI/IV/2019, yang menghimbau dan mengancam kebebasan berekspresi mahasiswa jika menggelar peringatan AMARAH, dan peraturan UMI No. 1 Tahun 2018 Pasal 26 dinilai bertentang dengan Pasal 28E UUD 1945 ayat 2 dan 3.
