Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Unit Penerbitan dan Penulisan Mahasiswa – Universitas Muslim Indonesia gelar bazar diskusi di kampus kedua cafe, Perintis Kemerdekaan 14, Selasa (18/01/2022).

Diskusi tersebut bertema “ Urgensi Permendikbudristek no. 30 Tahun 2021, Tidak Ada Laporan Bukan Berarti Tidak Ada Kasus” dan diisi oleh tiga orang pemantik diantranya Melisa dari Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Makassar, Jalaluddin B, M.A. dari Pusat Study Gender Dan Anak UIN Alauddin Makassar Dan Afifah Dari Komite Anti Kekerasan Seksual UNHAS.

Dalam diskusi tersebut Afifah menyampaikan bahwa kekerasan seksual adalah segala perbuatan yang merendahkan, menghina, menyerang terhadap orang lain tanpa ada persetujuan ataupun konsen antara si pelaku dan si korban , artinya pelaku melakukan pemaksaan hubungan seksual dengan korban.

“Kekerasan seksual tidak terjadi begitu saja namun dilatarbelakangi oleh perasaan dominan pelaku terhadap korban yang disebut relasi kuasa,” tuturnya.

Lebih lanjut, Afifah mengungkapkan secara tidak langsung bahwa esensi pendidikan tinggi adalah menciptakan ruang aman bagi seluruh civitas akademika, termasuk rasa aman dari segala tindakan kekerasan seksual. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Permendikbudristek No. 30 tahun 2021 diundangkan oleh Kemendikbud ristek.

“ada beberapa hal yang perlu di perhatikan secara konkret dipermendikbud ini, untuk di implementasikan di kampus karna permendikbud ini mengutus hadirnya satgas, yang aktif menangani kekerasan seksual di kampus maka anggota dari satgas tersebut harus memiliki perspektif gender,” ujarnya.

Dalam wawancara pasca-diskusi, Agusalim mengatakan bahwa Permendikbud No. 30 tahun 2021 perlu diimplementasikan dengan sangat mendesak di universitas untuk melindungi hak-hak semua sivitas akademika.

“Mengenai peraturan permendikbud no.30 tahun 2021 itu memang peraturanya untuk melindungi hak hak mahasiswi di universitas dan peraturan memang sangat cocok untuk di terapkan,” ungkapnya.

Agusalim juga menambahkan substansi dari pasal yang menuai pro dan kontra, yang tidak bisa disangkut paut dengan tindak pelanggaran asusila, karena ada UU tersendiri untuk mengatur soal itu.

“Persoalan mengenai substansi dari pasal pasal itu yang menuai kontra mengatakan bahwa ketika tidak ada keberatan berarti tidak ada persoalan, persoalan mengenai asusila sudah di atur sendiri,“ jelasnya.

Nunuk selaku ketua UPPM-UMI juga mengungkapkan bahwa diskusi dengan tema Permendikbud no. 30 diangkat karena belum ada organ di dalam lingkup kampus UMI yang membahas terkait isu tersebut, melalui bazar diskusi diharapkan mampu mendorong solidaritas dari lembaga maupun organ internal untuk membahas tentang penerapan Permendikbud mo. 30 di lingkup kampus UMI.

“Ini adalah aturan yang jelas dari Kemendikbud yang harus di tindaklanjuti oleh pihak birokrasi, kalau tidak akreditasi kampus bisa diturunkan, harapannya teman teman di kampus umi BEM dan Himpunan dari setiap fakultas, UKM untuk bersama saling rangkul untuk mendorong penerapan permen 30 ini.”
