AMU : Segera Terapkan Permendikbud Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 di UMI

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com- Salah satu tuntutan Aliansi Mahasiswa Universitas Muslim Indonesia (AMU) yakni “Segera Terapkan Permendikbud Nomor 30 Tahun 2021” di lingkungan kampus pada aksi pra kondisi hari Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di depan gedung Rektorat Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI). Kamis, (09/12/2021).
Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Permendikbud Ristek) Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (PPKS) di Perguruan Tinggi yang keluar pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2021 sampai saat ini belum ada tindaklanjut dari UMI.
Menurut Nadiem Makarim dalam diskusi di Mata Najwa, ada tiga esensi dari aturan tersebut. Yakni pertama, harus ada unit yang namanya satgas yang bertanggung jawab melakukan semua pelaporan, pemulihan, perlindungan dan monitoring rekomendasi sanksi. Kedua, penjabaran untuk pertama kalinya di Indonesia ada definisi yang spesifik dua puluh perilaku yang dimasukkan dalam kategori Kekerasan Seksual. Bukan hanya fisik, verbal, tapi juga digital. Yang ketiga, partisipasi dari seluruh civitas akademika.
Alex, jenderal lapangan menjelaskan bahwa kampus dalam hal ini representasi dari sebuah negara harus menjamin ruang yang aman bagi seluruh masyarakatnya di lingkungan kampus.
“AMU mendorong isu soal itu karena yang pertama kita mendukung secara penuh aturan Permendikbud Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 tersebut. Yang kedua kami ingin UMI membuat SK turunan dengan membentuk Satgas dalam penanganan kasus Kekerasan Seksual untuk memastikan lingkungan yang aman dari kekerasan seksual juga sampai saat ini kampus belum bersuara soal itu,” Jelasnya.
Lanjut, April salah satu massa aksi yang juga mendukung Permendikbud Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 mengatakan UMI harus secepatnya membuat aturan turunan dan menanggapi hal ini secara serius.
“Kampus harus merespons secara serius karena Kekerasan Seksual merupakan salah satu tindak pelanggaran HAM berat dimana dampak dari KS ini adalah tidak hanya secara fisik tapi juga psikis yang tentunya dirasakan seumur hidup,” terangnya.
Saat ditemui di ruangannya, Wakil Rektor III bidang Pembinaan Kemahasiswaan, Prestasi, dan Hubungan Alumni sedang tidak ingin ditemui dengan alasan kurang sehat.
“WR III sedang lelah dan tidak ingin ditemui,” tutup salah satu staf yang ditemui awak Cakrawala.
