Aparat Kemanan Cekal Aksi Mahasiswa Didepan Kampus
Gelar aksi memberi peringatan mengenai patologi sosial kebangsaan, yang sedang timpang di Indonesia, aksi yang digelar oleh Pimpinan Cabang (PC), Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM), kota Makassar dihadang pihak aparat hukum didalam kampus, Kamis, (15/2).
Dengan ali-alih telah melakukan kesepakatan dengan pihak kampus, aparat keamanan melakukan pencekalan yang disertai dengan ancaman penangkapan terhadap massa aksi yang menggelar demonstrasi didepan kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah (UNISMUH) Makassar. (11:30).
“kampus sudah melakukan perjanjian bahwa mahasiswanya tidak akan turun aksi, kalau sampai ada yang turun aksi mereka siap ditangkap, jelas oknum aparat kepolisian.
Abdillah selaku Jenderal Lapangan (Jenlap), aksi dalam hal ini merasa sangat dirugikan atas perlakuan yang diterimanya, haknya untuk menyampaikan aspirasi yang telah dijamin oleh Undang – Undang No. 9 Tahun 1998 tentang kemerdekaan menyampaikan pendapat.
“bukan hanya merampas hak demokrasi kita tapi juga mencederai sistem demokrasi yang ada di negara kita”, ucap jenlap aksi.
Abdillah juga sangat menyayangkan sikap aparat penegak hukum yang melakukan pencekalan terhadap aksi yang digelarnya, aparat keamanan seharusnya menghormati hak berdemokrasi yang telah tertuang dalam konstitusi negara.
“parahnya yang melakukan ini adalah aparat penegak hukum yang harusnya mereka yang menjaga undang-undang no.9 tahun 1998 tentang kemerdekaan meyampaikan aspirasi didepan publik”, tambahnya.
