Simpang Siur Penyebab Kematian Mahsa Amini, Kedubes Iran Berikan Klarifikasi

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Sebuah siaran pers Kedutaan Besar Republik Islam Iran mengungkapkan bahwa berbagai pemberitaan media-media Barat maupun pernyataan Pejabat Komisaris Tinggi PBB untuk Hak Asasi Manusia yang menyimpulkan tuduhan bahwa Mahsa Amini diserang dan dipukuli di kepala merupakan sebuah tindakan provokatif dan tidak beralasan, mengingat investigasi dan penyelidikan terkait kasus tersebut masih berlangsung.
Baru-baru ini Kedutaan Besar Republik Islam Iran mengeluarkan pernyataan pers tentang peristiwa meninggalnya Mahsa Amini.
Menteri Dalam Negeri sesuai Perintah Presiden, tim penyelidikan yang dibentuk oleh Jaksa Agung Kota Teheran, tim penyelidikan lain yang dibentuk oleh Badan Administrasi Kehakiman Provinsi Teheran, tim penyidik yang terdiri dari para ahli yang dibentuk oleh Badan Kepolisian Forensik, dan tim pencari fakta yang dibentuk oleh Parlemen Republik Islam lran secara terpisah melakukan investigasi sesuai misi masing-masing untuk mencari tahu kebenaran terkait meninggalnya Mahsa Amini.
Sebaliknya, menurut Direktur Jenderal Badan Kepolisian Forensik Provinsi Teheran, tidak terdapat tanda-tanda cedera pada kepala dan wajah tubuh Mahsa Amini. Hasil otopsi juga tidak menunjukkan jejak pendarahan, penghancuran, atau pecahnya organ dalam tubuh. Tulis rilis pers yang berstempel Kedubes Iran di Jakarta tanpa tanggal dan hari dikeluarkannya rilis dan beredar di kalangan jurnalis Indonesia.
“Kini berbagai lembaga terkait sedang bekerja untuk menentukan penyebab kematian Mahsa Amini, penyelidikan tersebut tentu membutuhkan waktu,” terang Pemerintah Iran dalam siaran pers berbahasa Indonesia.
Dalam pernyataan itu pula, Pemerintah Iran menegaskan tekadnya untuk melindungi hak-hak dari semua warganya dan akan melanjutkan investigasi hingga penyebab kemtian Mahsa Amini ditemukan.
“Repubik Islam Iran tidak akan membiarkan hak-hak Mahsa Amini dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan dilanggar. Secara tegas Pemerintah Iran menyatakan aparat yang mengabaikan HAM dalam menjalankan tugas harus bertanggung jawab di hadapan hukum,” tulis rilis pers Kedubes Iran
Pada pernyataan pers itu pula, Pemerintah Iran mengimbau agar berbagai pendekatan dan mekanisme hak asasi manusia internasional untuk memperhatikan keadilan dan ketidakberpihakan serta menghindari prasangka dan penilaian tergesa-gesa ketika mengomentari sebuah insiden dan mengevaluasi situasi.
