ISC Sukses, Ketua PMI Makassar Apresiasi KSR PMI-UMI
Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Ketua Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) cabang Makassar, Syamsu Rizal mengapresiasi KSR PMI unit UMI dalam agenda penutupan kegiatan Individual skill challenge (ISC), di pelataran kampus FTI-UMI, Minggu (25/08/2019).
“KSR PMI-UMI luar biasa aktif dan sangat berkontribusi bagi dunia kemanusiaan di Kota Makassar ini,” tutur Daeng Ical sapaan akrabnya saat memberi sambutan.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama menurutnya, KSR PMI UMI sukses melaksanakan ISC yang tentu saja hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari dukungan dewan senior, para panitia dan dari pihak birokrasi kampus.
“KSR PMI unit UMI menjadi salah satu KSR tingkat PT terbaiklah di Sulsel karena kami rasakan betul dalam kegiatan-kegiatan, dalam penugasan-penugasan, bahkan dalam berbagai partisipasi dunia kemanusiaan, boleh dibilang hampir tidak pernah KSR PMI UMI lepas atau tidak berpartisipasi,” tukasnya.
Ia juga menambahkan harapannya terkait kegiatan serupa ISC bisa terus ada demi mengasah kemampuan dan jiwa relawan.
“kami berharap kegiatan seperti ini bisa kita laksanakan terus, karena kegiatan seperti ini yang sebenarnya menjaga talenta dan jiwa kepedulian,” harapnya.
“Khusus untuk seluruh teman-teman peserta, keterampilan yang telah kita dapatkan dalam kegiatan ISC ini butuh untuk diaplikasikan dalam latihan-latihan untuk diupdate terus karena dunia medis itu berkembang,” imbuhnya
Pada puncak acara Daeng Ical turut menyerahkan hadiah kepada para pemenang ISC. Juara pertama diraih oleh TBM 110 FK UMI, disusul oleh Siaga Ners Universitas Hasanuddin, dan KSR PMI UMI di posisi ketiga.
