Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com- Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Betara Bersatu terus mengembangkan Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa. Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa dikemas pertama kali pada tahun 2019 berkat fasilitasi dari Balai Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung, Brand kopi lokal satu-satunya dari Kabupaten Maros beralamat di Dusun Bentenge. Desa Bentenge Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros. Selasa (12/04/22).
Setelah melewati proses panjang pendampingan dan berbagai pelatihan demi menghadirkan seduhan kopi terbaik untuk para penikmatnya, April 2022 ini Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Betara Bersatu berinovasi dikemasan produknya.
Hadir dengan kemasan baru Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa mencoba menyasar target pasar yang lebih luas ketimbang kemasan sebelumnya, dikonfirmasi melalui Whatsapp Muh.Arif Ketua Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Betara Bersatu menyampaikan harapannya “semoga dengan adanya kemasan baru Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa, bisa mi bersaing dengan kopi lain dipasaran”.
Tak hanya itu, ketua Jaringan Pengusaha Nasional (JAPNAS) Maros, Yusdal Yusuf yang merupakan pemilik salah satu kedai kopi di Jalan Azalea kompleks ruko terminal Maros, mencoba mendukung langkah petani Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa dengan menyediakan menu Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa di Warkop 12 Pass miliknya.
“Cita rasa Kopi Bentenge Khas Mallawa ini sudah sangat layak untuk kita perkenalkan secara luas dikalangan pencinta kopi” imbuh Yusdal Yusuf
Sementara itu pendamping Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Betara Bersatu, dari Balai Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung,
Andi Aso Askari menyampaikan apresiasinya terhadap pelaku usaha kedai kopi yang telah bersinergi bersama Kelompok Masyarakat Lokal Maros untuk pengembangan nilai produksi.
Pihak Balai TN BABUL khususnya Resort Mallawa sangat berterima kasih kepada para pemilik usaha kedai kopi turut serta menjadi bagian dari pemberdayaan masyarakat.
