LAM UKI Paulus Datangi LLDIKTI, Menuntut Pencabutan SK DO 28 Mahasiswa UKI Paulus

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Lembaga Aspiratif Mahasiswa (LAM) Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) Paulus datangi Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah IX Sulawesi dan Gorontalo, menuntut pencabutan Surat Keterangan (SK) Droup Out (DO) 28 mahasiswa UKI Paulus, Jl. Bung KM 9 Tamalanrea, Senin (27/1/2020).
Menurut Jendral Lapangan (Jendlap), Cakra, aksi ini sebagai bentuk solidaritas terhadap 28 mahasiswa UKI Paulus yang mengalami kekerasan akademik. Mereka diberhentikan masa studinya (24/01), hanya lantaran menggelar aksi di kampus, menolak aturan Rektor tentang pedoman Organisasi Mahasiswa (Ormawa) pada 20 Januari lalu.
Landasan birokrasi UKI Paulus mengeluarkan SK D.O dinilai sangat lemah, karena mengemukakan pendapat di muka umum merupakan hak setiap warga negara yang tertuang dalam pasal 28 E UUD 1945.
Peraturan Rektor UKI Paulus Nomor : 045/SK/UKIP.02/2018 tentang Pedoman Organisasi Kemahasiswaan, BAB IV tentang Kepengurusan, Keanggotaan, dan Masa Bakti yang tertera pada pasal 9 poin 4, berbunyi “Pengurus Ormawa harus mahasiswa dengan status aktif, maksimal merupakan mahasiswa semester 4, 5, dan 6 dengan IPK minimal 3,0 berdasarkan keterangan resmi pimpinan Kaprodi/Dekan”.
Ratusan mahasiswa UKI Paulus ini melakukan pendudukan, meminta LLDIKTI turut andil dalam mengevaluasi dan mendesak pihak birokrasi UKI Paulus untuk segera mencabut SK DO yang dianggap maladministratif tersebut.
“Kami ingin LLDIKTI menjalankan fungsinya sebagai lembaga layanan pendidikan tinggi, yaitu untuk mengawasi, mengevaluasi dan menyarankan pencabutan SK D.O terhadap 28 mahasiswa,” ujar Cakra selaku Jendlap.
Selain itu, LAM UKI Paulus juga menuntut agar kiranya LLDIKTI mengevaluasi terkait aturan Rektor tentang pedoman Ormawa yang dinilai telah terlalu jauh mengintervensi hak mahasiswa.
“Kiranya LLDIKTI juga mengevaluasi dan menyarankan kepada pihak birokrasi UKI Paulus untuk sesegera mungkin merevisi aturan Rektor tentang pedoman Ormawa, dikarenakan aturan tersebut sudah terlalu jauh mengintervensi internal ormawa,” tegasnya.
Aksi ini mendapat respons dari LLDIKTI, seluruh perangkat aksi dan 28 mahasiswa korban kekerasan akademik pun diajak berdialog oleh Sekretaris LLDIKTI. Hasil dari mediasi tersebut, Sekretaris LLDIKTI menjanjikan penyelesaian kasus yang menimpa 28 mahasiswa.
“Pihak LLDIKTI akan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut,” jelas Cakra.
Lanjut, Jendlap aksi menambahkan, perihal upaya kedepannya untuk pencabutan SK D.O 28 rekannya. LAN UKI Paulus akan kembali menggelar aksi lanjutan dan membawa perkara ini ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) untuk menempuh jalur hukum.
Salah satu mahasiswi yang turut bersolidaritas, Ivone, menyerukan kepada mahasiswa lain untuk turut andil menyikapi persoalan yang terjadi di UKI Paulus tersebut.
“Aksi yang mahasiswa lakukan itu secara damai berjalan dengan lancar dan tidak ada tindakan pengrusakan ataupun mengganggu ketertiban, kami hanya menyampaikan aspirasi agar kampus mau merevisi aturan yang membatasi ruang gerak Ormawa,” pungkas Ivone.
