5 Tahun ASP Masih Menolak Reklamasi Makassar

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Puluhan mahasiswa, masyarakat sipil, dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Selamatkan Pesisir (ASP) kembali gelar aksi kampanye tolak reklamasi saat Car Free Day, di Pantai Losari, Minggu (26/01/2020).
Penolakan ASP terhadap reklamasi Makassar sudah dimulai pada 2014, semenjak pemerintah mewacanakan proyek reklamasi, hingga hari ini memasuki 5 tahun, ASP masih konsisten menolak reklamasi Makassar.
ASP menilai bahwa proyek reklamasi Makassar adalah proyek haram. Telah banyak melahirkan masalah di kehidupan manusia terutama nelayan yang bermukim di wilayah pesisir.
Terhitung sejak tahun 2014, pemegang Central Point of Indonesia (CPI) telah secara paksa menggusur 43 kepala keluarga nelayan yang tinggal di atas tanah tumbuh [Delta] atau dikenal dengan sebutan ‘Gusung Tengah’.
Proyek ini tidak hanya merampas pekerjaan masyarakat setempat, tapi juga banyak meninggalkan kerusakan pesisir Galesong.
“Kami akan terus melakukan kampanye penolakan pembangunan proyek reklamasi, sampai reklamasi dihentikan, karena menurut kami reklamasi, tambang pasir laut merusak lingkungan serta melanggar hak asasi manusia dan kami ingin pemulihan hak bagi korban terdampak,” tutur Daeng Koto selaku Humas ASP.
Ditambah lagi menurut ASP, proyek reklamasi yang sudah dalam tahap 70%, ini sangat berdampak buruk bagi nelayan. Namun, respons terakhir dari pemerintah, yaitu akan tetap melanjutkan, karena proyek ini adalah proyek nasional katanya.
Pemerintah mengatakan, bencana ekologis yang terjadi di pesisir Takalar diakibatkan oleh cuaca ekstrem bukan karena tambang pasir. Namun menurut ASP proyek reklamasilah yang menyebabkan kerusakan sehingga terjadi abrasi.
“Tambang pasir kalau dalam bahasa pemerintah, pada tahun ini adalah cuaca ekstrem, tapi menurut kami kondisi pesisir Takalar itu rawan abrasi, terutama di daerah Galesong, penahan ombak alami di sana hanya terumbu karang dan pasir. Namun karena pasir dan terumbu karang sudah hilang, sehingga sudah tidak bisa lagi menahan gelombang besar,” ujar Muhaimin Arsenio, perwakilan Walhi Sulsel.
Berdasarkan hasil pemantauan ASP, dampak abrasi di pesisir Kabupaten Galesong pada tahun 2020, terbilang 6.471 nelayan mengalami kerugian. Sudah 28 rumah, 2 jalan beton, 2 tempat wisata, dan 3 penahan ombak yang mengalami kerusakan. Bahkan 1 pemakaman umum terkikis.
Beberapa kali nelayan datang di kantor DPRD Provinsi Sulsel menuntut pemulihan terhadap pesisirnya, tapi mereka hanya mendapat rekomendasi penyelesaian dan sampai hari ini belum ada upaya penyelesaian terkait masalah ini.
Saat ini, nelayan dikagetkan dengan adanya 6 perusahaan yang sedang menggajukan izin lingkungan untuk melakukan tambang pasir di perairan Galesong sebesar 5.018,83 ha. Dua kali lipat luas Kecamatan Gelesong Utara, Takalar. Artinya akan ada puluhan desa pesisir di Galesong terkena dampak dan diperkirakan sekitar ribuan nelayan yang terancam wilayah tangkapnya, jika tambang pasir laut beroperasi kembali.
“Seharusnya pemerintah belajar dari pengalaman kemarin. Selamatkan pesisirta’ Pak Gub! Sebelum kerusakan bertambah luas,” pungkas Muhaimin.
