Prematurnya SIMPADU Merugikan Mahasiswa
Mahasiswa Fikom UMI menanyakan kepada panitia UPK terkait masalah ini, “Saya menilai kinerja panitia sangat tidak professional menentukan jadwal ujian, padahal sistem yang digunakan telah online menggunakan simpadu,” tutur Sulaiman, mahasiswa Fikom UMI.
Hal senada juga diungkapkan oleh Yudha, ia mengkritik kinerja simpadu yang masih prematur sejak diluncurkan tahun lalu. Ia menilai simpadu belum bisa menjawab segala permasalahan administrasi yang sering terjadi, seperti jadwal mata kuliah yang sering berbenturan juga yang terjadi sekarang adalah jadwal ujian bersamaan. Padahal saat mendaftarkan mata kuliah di simpadu, ia sudah memilih jadwal yang benar.
Hj. Harlinda Lahuddin selaku wakil dekan satu Fikom UMI merespon langsung permasalah ini. “Menurut saya, permasalahan ini terjadi pada kebanyakan mahasiswa semester akhir yang membelanjakan mata kuliah terkait untuk memperbaiki nilainya”.
Staf administrasi menambahkan “hal ini telah kami upayakan untuk mencari jadwal yang cocok demi menghindari ujian yang bersamaan tapi kami tetap tidak bisa mendapatkan solusi karena rata – rata mahasiswa mengambil kelas campuran atau C1 inilah yang menjadi penyebabnya,” tutur ibu Murni selaku Staff Administrasi Fikom UMI.
