Terkait SK DO, KTU FT-UMI : SIMPADU Itu Sistem Belum Terpadu
Makassar, cakrawalaide.com – Seorang mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muslim Indonesia (FT-UMI) angkatan 2012 diberikan sanksi Drop Out (DO). Kepala Tata Usaha (KTU) Fakultas Teknik (FT), Abraham, akhirnya angkat bicara terkait sebab lambatnya SK DO sampai ke tangan mahasiswa yang bersangkutan, Menara UMI Jln. Urip Sumiharjo, Jumat (4/8/2018).
Saat ditanya terkait status SK yang telah keluar sejak tahun lalu itu, dengan tegas Abraham Mengungkapkan bahwa dalam kasus tersebut, mahasiswa yang bersangkutan tidak pernah dibantu oleh siapapun untuk aktif dalam semester kemarin, hal ini disebabkan oleh online (SIMPADU) ini sedikit demi sedikit kami perbaiki.
“Tidak selangsung online, SK DO itu keluar, otomatis secara hukum bukan lagi sebagai mahasiswa, tetapi kami masih mempertanyakan kenapa dalam simpadu masih terbuka pembayarannya, dan registransinya. jadi jangan jadikan dasar di SIMPADU, tapi kita hargai keputusan Rektor, dan meski dibawah kemana tetap berlaku”.
Lanjut, Abraham “Makanya pada waktu itu, saya berinisiatif untuk mengarsipkan SK tersebut. Perihal mengapa Firman masih aktif sebagai mahasiswa bahkan sempat membayar BPP setelah keluarnya SK DO, saya sendiripun bingung dan masih mempertanyakan hal tersebut,” tambahnya.
Firmansyah mengungkapkan bahwa tidak pernah komunikasi terkait soal ini SK DO sama orang di KTU, dan sejauh ini tidak ada upaya juga dari mereka untuk memberitahukan terkait SK DO tersebut.
“Saya tidak tahu bahwa ada hal yg seperti ini, malah semester lalu saya regisji juga, dan tidak pernah ada informasi saya dapat terkait SK DO ku. Waktu itu saya mau urus PPI ku tiba – tiba Fakultas tahan registrasiku. saya disuruh menghadap kerektorat, dan setelah saya sampai di sana bukan masalah registrasi di bahas tapi masalah pemberian sanksi DO saya”.
