DPRD Dapil Bulukumba-Sinjai Tidak Beri Kepastian

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Front Perjuangan Rakyat (FPR) menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di depan kantor Dewan Perwakilam Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Makassar, Kamis 13/01/2022.
Puluhan massa aksi yang tergabung dalam FPR memenuhi depan gerbang kantor DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan guna merespon pembebasan lahan yang akan di lakukan sepanjang pesisir pantai merpati Bulukumba.
Berdasarkan surat yang di keluarkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Bulukumba Kecamatan Ujung Bulu dengan nomor ……./SEK-UB/I/2022 dan di tanda tangani oleh Andi Ashadi SE, MM camat Ujung Bulu, berisikan penyampaian terakhir kepada warga yang bermukim di pesisir pantai merpati agar segera mengosongkan tempat tersebut sampai batas tanggal 15 Januari 2022.
Di tengah berjalannya aksi unjuk rasa, A.Muchtar Mappatoba salah satu anggota DPRD Dapil Bulukumba-Sinjai sempat menemui dan berdialog dengan massa aksi.
A.Muchtar Mappatoba menegaskan bahwa dalam hal ini DPRD tidak dapat memastikan bahwa pengosongan lahan yang akan di lakukan pada 15 Januari 2022 bisa di batalkan.
“Kami tidak bisa memastikan pengosongan lahan itu bisa dibatalkan tapi kami tetap akan berkoordinasi Insya Allah setelah selesai ini saya akan telepon Bupati, telepon Wakil Bupati, bagaimana menyikapi hal ini,” tegasnya.
Lanjut, dengan alasan tersebut berdalih bahwa DPRD tidak memiliki wewenang hingga sampai pada mengubah kebijakan di daerah-daerah.
“Semua tahu tugas anggota DPR itu tidak sampai kepada eksekutor, tetapi bersama sama memperjuangkan dan membela kepentingan rakyat itu yang harus kita pahami dulu. jadi kita sama sama berjuang,” lanjutnya.
Menanggapi pernyataan dari A.Muchtar Mappatoba, Cibal selaku Koordinator Lapangan (Korlap) FPR mengutarakan bahwa tidak bisa sepenuhnya langsung percaya dengan apa yang di katakan oleh A.Muchtar Mappatoba.
“Kami juga berharap DPRD, betul-betul menyampaikan pesan ini dan menghubungi Pemkab Bulukumba, tapi kami juga tidak bisa menggantungkan sepenuhnya kepada bapak anggota DPR tadi yang menemui kita,” utasnya.
Cibal juga menjelaskan bahwa FPR akan terus mengawal kasus tersebut.
“Kami akan tetap mengawasi perkembangan kasus tersebut dan akan terus berkoordinasi dengan kawan kawan di Bulukumba,” tutupnya.
