Peringati Sumpah Pemuda, Aliansi RMO Menyerukan Empat Belas Tuntutan
Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Peringati hari Sumpah Pemuda, Aliansi Rakyat Melawan Oligarki (RMO) menggelar aksi demonstrasi dengan membawa setidaknya empat belas tuntutan. Massa aksi memadati Flyover dan depan kantor DPRD Sulsel, Senin (28/10/2019).
Jendral lapangan, Aqsha mengatakan aksi tersebut dilakukan untuk memprotes pemerintah yang dianggap tidak lagi membawa kepentingan rakyat.
“Makassar akan terus mengawal dalam mengkritisi kinerja pemerintahan yang tak peduli lagi dengan rakyatnya, seperti rancangan dan revisi Undang-undang yang didorong oleh DPR yang tidak membawa aspirasi rakyat kecil,” ungkap Aqsha.
Menanggapi UU yang tidak pro rakyat, Aqsha menegaskan agar pemerintah segera membatalkan semua UU yang tidak merepresentasi kepentingan rakyat.
“Pemerintah harusnya membuat kebijakan yang mampu mensejahterakan rakyatnya, bukan malah sebaliknya,” tegas Aqsha.
Selain itu, Humas aliansi juga menyerukan agar masyarakat ikut mendukung gerakan RMO. Karena, kata Arin, gerakan mereka semata-mata untuk menyuarakan kepentingan rakyat.
“Kami menyeru kepada seluruh rakyat agar mendukung penuh gerakan ini, karena sepenuhnya gerakan ini atas nama perjuangan rakyat menolak segala kebijakan yang tidak prorakyat,” ungkap Arin.
Arin juga menyampaikan bahwa rakyat harus sadar dengan masalah yang tengah dihadapi. Ia juga berharap agar rakyat membangun partai alternatif yang mampu membawa kepentingan rakyat.
“Rakyat harus sadar dan bergerak untuk menyelesaikan masalah rakyat itu sendiri dengan membangun kekuatan politik alternatif rakyat sebagai oposisi pemerintah saat ini yang dikuasai kepentingan oligark,” Arin.
Berikut empat belas tuntutan RMO :
1. Tolak segala rancangan maupun revisi Undang-undang yang tidak Prorakyat;
2. Segera terbitkan Perppu KPK;
3. Segera sahkan RUU PKS ;
4. Segera sahkan RUU PRT;
5. Bebaskan 22 aktivis tahanan politik Papua termasuk Surya Anta dan kawan-kawan tanpa syarat;
6. Hentikan kriminalisasi pejuang HAM;
7. Tarik TNI/POLRI di tanah Papua;
8. Adili koorporasi pembakar hutan;
9. Adili aparat pelaku kekerasan pada aksi tanggal 24-30 september;
10. Tolak komersialisasi pendidikan dan wujudkan demokrasi kampus;
11. Hentikan perampasan ruang hidup rakyat;
12. Stop pembungkaman dan intimidasi terhadap pelajar;
13. Segera revisi UU No. 2 Tahun 2011 tantang Partai Politik;
14. Cabut UUPT No. 12 Tahun 2012.
