Terkait Unras 27 September, 2 Dari 14 Mahasiswa Yang Ditangkap Telah Dibebaskan
Makassar, cakrawalaide.com – Dua mahasiswa dari empat belas yang ditangkap saat Unjuk Rasa (Unras), pada Jumat (27/9) telah dibebaskan aparat kepolisian, setelah ditahan di Mapolrestabes.
Saat ini tim bantuan bantuan hukum yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Bantuan Hukum Anti Kekerasan telah mendatangi Mapolrestabes Makassar guna berkoordinasi dan meminta keterangan perihal status hukum 4 orang tersebut (Riski 20 tahun, Faisal 19, Sangkuru 26, Ikbal 25) dari 14 yang ditangkap aparat kepolisian.
Setelah berkoordinasi dengan Kanit Reskrim Polrestabes Makassar, tim kuasa hukum telah melakukan penandatanganan surat kuasa terhadap empat orang yang ditangkap.
Menurut Salah Satu tim kuasa Hukum, Firmansyah mengungkapkan saat pertemuan dengan Kanit Reskrim 2 mahasiswa yang ditangkap telah dilepaskan.
“Dua orang yang ditangkap akan dilepaskan malam ini yakni, Riski dan Sangkuru. Hingga saat ini tim kuasa hukum sedang menunggu pemulangan bersama keluarga dan beberapa rekannya,” kata Firmansyah.
Menurut Kanit Reskrim Polrestabes Makassar, penangkapan terhadap pengunjuk rasa dalam Unras kemarin adalah empat belas orang.
Aliansi Bantuan Hukum Anti Kekerasan juga membuka posko pengaduan guna memberikan bantuan Hukum secara cuma-cuma, baik terhadap korban maupun orang yang ditangkap selama aksi demonstrasi di Makassar yang beralamat di Jln Pelita Raya 6 Blok A 34 No 9 (LBH Makassar).
