Peringati HTN, Komite Hari Tani Nasional: Undang-undang Pokok Agraria Minim Keberpihakan Kepada Rakyat!

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com– Sejumlah massa yang tergabung dalam Komite Hari Tani Nasional melakukan unjuk rasa di bawah Flyover jl. Urip sumoharjo, kota makassar Sulawesi Selatan dalam rangka menyambut hari tani nasional HTN pada minggu (24/09/2023)
Dalam pers rilis yang dibagikan Komite Hari Tani Nasional 2023 tertulis bahwa penerapan UU Pokok Agraria tahun 1960 kurang diterapkan dan tidak berpihak pada rakyat. “Sejak ditetapkanya UU Pokok Agrarian tahun 1960 semenjak 63 tahun yang lalu justru minim implementasi dan kosong terhadap keberpihakan rakyat miskin.”
Arul selaku Humas dalam komite Hari Tani Nasional menuturkan bahwa hari ini isu golput turut digauangkan dalam unjuk rasa di bawah Flyover karena telah memasuki tahun-tahun kampanye, maka dari itu komite Hari Tani Nasional memakai kata golput sebagai acuan tuntutan demonstrasi
“Kami menaikan isu golput, karena kami melihat bacapres yang akan datang dipemilu 2024 yang hari ini sudah tampil dimedia-media hampir semua memiliki catatan dan terlibat dalam pelanggaran HAM, makanya kami mengambil isu golput itu sebagai hak dan tuntutan pernyataan sikap kami dan menyeruhkan kepada seluruh rakyat Indonesia agar golput ditahun 2024 , kenapa karena golput itu hak dan itu sebagai tuntutan dan kekecewaan kita terhadap negara yang hari ini meligitimasi perampasan ruang hidup.”
Beberapa aliansi mahasiswa Makassar juga turut ambil andil dalam meramaikan aksi demonstarsi tersebut, mereka saling bersolidaritas atas tujuan dan perlawanan yang sama, dengan menyerukan dan mengobarkan semangat perlawanan terhadap para pelaku penggusuran dan perampasan atas tanah.
Arul juga menambahkan pandangannya terkait subsidi yang diberikan negara yang sepenuhnya tidak menjawab kebutuhan petani diindonesia.
“Menurut kami subsidi pupuk petani itu tidak menjawab kebutuhan petani hari ini, Di samping pupuk petani itu dijalankan ada problem perampasan lahan besar-besaran oleh negara dimana Ketika negara memberikan modal dan pengusaha bebas mengeksploitasi tanah rakyat. Jadi bagi kami subsidi pupuk petani itu bukan menjadi solusi yang paling alternatif dari perjuangan kaum tani hari ini, karena bagaimana pun pupuk tidak akan berguna kalau tidak adan lahan bagi petani.” Ungkap Arul.
Ia menyambung menyampaikan harapannya terhadap masa depan petani, “Harapan kami terhadap petani, kaum tani Indonesia harus masih sadar, harus belajar dan berorganisasi berkolektif berhimpun untuk menceritakan nasib dan menentukan arah perjuangan mereka kedepan, Karena bagaimanapun Indonesia didirikan oleh kaum petani indonesia dan juga kaum buruh indonesia. Hari ini diberbagai daerah itu mendapatkan situasi yang sama dengan petani-petani yang lain dimana lahan mereka dirampas oleh negara karena negara menerapkan memakai logika kolonial yang dimana Masyarakat petani yang tidak memiliki sertifikat atas tanah itu, berarti negara sah merampas tanah itu, bagi kami kaum petani harus sadar apa tugas pokok dan identitas diri bahwa mereka adalah tokoh penggerak rakyat Indonesia, dan untuk Kembali berjuang dan menuntaskan agenda reforma agraria itu sendiri.”
Juga yang disoroti dalam pers rilis yang dibagikan yaitu, adanya nama-nama bacapres\bacawapres beserta kasus yang pernah mereaka alami. Seperi Prabowo Subianto yang pernah melanggar HAM dan Mengonsumsi tanah sebesar 350 Ribu hektar tanah dan menghancurkan tanah rakyat melalui food-esate. Kemudian, Ganjar adalah pelaku perampasan ruang hidup di wadas dan akan menjadi pelanjut tongkat estafet dari rezim Jokowi yang memicu konflik agrarian. Dan juga hadirnya Anies baswedan yang hari ini ada dimakassar, ia juga salah satu penggerak dari tergusurnya Masyarakat di pancoran. Maka dari itu kepercayaan terhadap Reforma Agraria sejatinya tidak bisa diletakan ditangan-tangan partai politik borjuasi dan Bacapres\bacawapres.
Rudi selaku koordinator lapangan juga memberikan tanggapannya terhadap unjuk rasa hari tani nasional hari ini
“ Kami dari komite hari tani nasional di makassar melakukan aksi demostrasi untuk memperingati hari tani nasional, karena apa, alasanya adalah ini negara tidak ada satu kebijakan yang dilakukan untuk memberikan kesejahteraan dan keadilan warganya sendiri, Maka dari itu ada beberapa kasus yang kita angkat seperti kasus di bara-baraya, kasus dipulau lae-lae dan kasus di takalar dan beberapa lagi kasus yang kami angkat.”
Rudi juga menambahkan bahwa, seharusnya pemerintah melalui reformasi agraria untuk menuntaskan semua ketidakadilan oleh yang dialami oleh kaum petani dan semua ketimpangan-ketimpangan dan ketidakberesan yang dialami oleh kaum petani harus dibereskan itu salah satu yang harus diperhatikan oleh pemerintah itu sendiri.
“ Kami berharap pemerintah menuntaskan semua pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang di lakukan oleh negara, maupun itu pelanggaran-pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di masalalu seperti di tahun 98, di tahun 95,96 yang terjadi, bahkan ada beberapa kasus di papua misalnya di Duga yang mengungsi di Yahukimo penggunugan Bintang Maybrat yang sedang di tempati warga, karena diakibatkan oleh kekerasan militer itu sendiri.”ujar rudi
Adapun tujuan diadakanya demostrasi atas usulan dari kawan-kawan dari Komite Hari Tani Nasional 2023 di makassar, untuk melancarkan tuntuntan-tuntutan kepada pemerintah. Yaitu;
- Wujudkan Reforma Agraria Sejati
- Hentikan perampasan Ruang Hidup
- Cabut UU Cipta Kerja, UU Pertanian dan UU Minerba
- Golput Pemilu 2024
- Bangun Pemilu Alternatif
- Hentikan kekerasan Aparat Terhadap Rakyat Indonesia dan Bangsa West Papua
- Hentikan Upaya Penggusuran Warga Bara-baraya
- Tolak Reklamasi di Pulau Lae-Lae
- Hentikan Investasi Asing di Rempang
- Tolak Perpanjagan HGU PTPN XIV Takalar
- Wujudkan Pendidikan Gratis
- Implementasikan UU TPKS dan Sahkan RUU PRT
- Implementasikan Permendikbud no 30 tahun 2021
- Tuntaskan Pelanggaran HAM di Masa Lalu
