Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Gejolak penolakan terhadap RUU Cipta Kerja yang sedang digodok oleh pemerintahan Jokowi Dodo terus bergulir, salah satunya datang dari Aliansi Mahasiswa Makassar (MAKAR) yang menyerukan tagar : #GagalkanOmnibusLaw dalam aksi demonstrasi sore tadi di depan Kampus II UMI, Jl. Urip Sumoharjo, Senin (9/3/2020).
RUU Cipta Kerja salah satu produk hukum yang ada dalam Omnibus Law, akan menyelaraskan di antaranya 82 Undang-Undang dengan 1.194 Pasal dan subtansi rancangan regulasi tersebut mencangkup 11 klaster.
Menurut jendral lapangan (Jendlap) aksi, RUU Cipta Kerja memberikan karpet merah bagi perusahaan multinasional serta oligarki untuk menanamkan dan mengelolah berbagai aspek kekayaan negara melalui investasi.
“Bisa dibilang bahwa RUU Ini memberikan ruang seluas-luasnya bagi kepentingan modal dan meminggirkan kepentingan rakyat luas,” ujar Asdum Jendlap MAKAR.
Misalnya saja, dalam muatan RUU tersebut memangkas hak-hak buruh, melegitimasi eksploitasi sumber daya alam, memonopoli tanah rakyat, komersialisasi pendidikan, dan lepasnya tanggung jawab negara terhadap kesejahteraan rakyat.
Kemudian, Asdum juga menjelaskan bahwa berbagai hak buruh yang dipangkas dalam RUU Cipta Kerja, seperti uang pesangon, cuti haid, cuti hamil dan melahirkan, juga jaminan sosial dihapus.
Sementara itu, penciptaan pasar tenaga kerja fleksibel, perluasan pekerjaan yang bisa dioutsouching, dan penghapusan pesangon akan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengusaha untuk melakukan PHK secara sepihak serta hilangnya sanksi pidana bagi perusahaan.
Dampak lain dari kebijakan yang dianggap simplifistik tersebut akan memasifkan eksploitasi sumber daya alam sehingga akan berujung kepada degradasi lingkungan.
“Dengan dihapusnya Analisis mengenai dampak lingkungan (Amdal) yang selama ini menjadi jaring pengaman bagi kelestarian lingkungan menjadi bukti bahwa negara lebih mementingkan investasi yang akan merusak lingkungan,” terang salah satu massa aksi dalam orasinya.
Sektor selanjutnya yang direvisi oleh pemerintah adalah terkait agraria. Dengan memberi peluang bagi pemilik modal dan korporasi untuk mendapatkan akses luas terhadap tanah rakyat. Seperti panjangnya waktu Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) serta dihapusnya batasan luas HGU akan berujung pada konflik agraria berkepanjangan di tengah masyarakat.
“Artinya industri atau korporasi lebih di pentingkan ketimbang memberikan akses bagi rakyat intuk mengelola tanah,” tambah Fahrul selaku Humas.
Menjelang waktu magrib, massa aksi yang teridi dari mahasiswa berbagai kampus di Makassar pun membubarkan diri dengan tertib.
