AMM : Reformasi Jilid II Solusi Ketidakbecusan Pemerintah

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com- Aliansi Mahasiswa Makassar (AMM) menggelar aksi penolakan atas hadirnya masalah multidimensi, yang dinilai sebagai bentuk dari ketidakbecusan negara. Massa yang terdiri dari organisasi mahasiswa berbagai kampus ini melangsungkan aksi protes di depan gedung DPRD Sulawesi Selatan, Senin, (11/04/22).
Berdasarkan press release, reformasi jilid II menjadi grand isu, hilangnya kepercayaan terhadap negara dalam menangani berbagai masalah merupakan pemantik gerakan AMM sebagai bentuk dari kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap rakyat yang sampai hari ini dikangkangki oleh kepentingan oligarki.
Amrin selaku jenderal lapangan (Jenlap) menyampaikan aksi yang berlangsung buntut dari kekecewaam terhadap pemerintah yang tidak membuka akses komunikasi.
“Kondisi sosial, ekonomi, politik, hukum, agama makin hari kian terpuruk. Aksi tersebut merupakan bentuk kekecewaan massa terhadap pemerintah yang tidak becus mengurusi negara. Menutup akses komunikasi merupakan salah satu sikap yang menciderai nilai-nilai demokrasi di negara yang katanya negara demokratis. Apalagi hilangnya para pimpinan rakyat disaat ribuan rakyat datang ke kantor DPRD,” ungkapnya.
“Ditambah lagi ulah kepolisian yang membuat massa aksi panik dengan melemparkan gas air mata saat massa meminta dialog dengan wakil rakyat. Menangkap dan melakukan pemukulan merupakan persoalan yang tidak pernah selesai sampai hari ini,” tambahnya.
Andi Ahmad Fauzi dalam orasinya menegaskan bahwa Kota Makassar sendiri gerbang perekonomian Indonesia Timur. Mulai dari tahun 2006 Indonesia merupakan penghasil minyak kelapa sawit terbesar di dunia, tetapi, harga bahan serba mahal ketimbang negara yang di ekspor. Penumpukan minyak terjadi seharusnya polisi mengambil sikap, partisipasi pemerintah atau perbaiki tatanan tingkat pusat.
“Partisipasi pemerintah sangat di perlukan. Mengingat kita mulai dari tahun 2006 sebagai penghasil minyak kelapa sawit terbesar di dunia lantas mengapa minyak kelapa sendiri saja menjadi bahan yang serba mahal dibandingkan negara yang ekspor oleh Indonesia sendiri kawan-kawan. Yakin dan percaya mafia masih bermain pada hari ini, perbaiki tatanan tingkat pusat! Kita lihat bersama waktu di Makassar ada berapa juta ton ditimbun seperti itu, kenapa polisi juga tidak mengambil sikap?” tegasnya.
Sisi (bukan nama sebenarnya) selaku massa aksi juga menyampaikan, sekitar pukul 11 malam represifitas aparat terjadi dan penangkapan massa aksi merupakan gambaran bahwa negara berupaya membungkam nalar kritis mahasiswa. Hidup di negara demokrasi, kebebasan berpendapat di legalkan UUD 1945 Pasal 28E ayat 3 tidak sejalan dengan apa yang pemerintah lakukan.
“Sebagai mahasiswa yang terkena dampaknya gas air mata sejujurnya represifitas aparat yang terjadi sekitar pukul 11 malam merupakan gambaran bahwa negara berusaha membungkam mahasiswa, upaya-upaya di lakukan seperti penangkapan teman-teman hari ini sekitar 50-an orang, membatasi nalar kristis mahasiswa di tambah lagi kita hidup di negara demokrasi hal yang berkaitan dengan penyampaian pendapat di muka umum sudah di legalkan UUD dan tudak sejalan UUD dengan apa yang aparat lakukan,” ucapnya.
Sejalan dengan hal itu berdasarkan kajian press release, organisasi mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam AMM dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu menyatakan bahwa gerakan tersebut merupakan bentuk kepedulian Mahasiswa terhadap kepentingan rakyat.
“Gerakan ini murni sebagai bentuk kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap kepentingan rakyat juga sebagai bentuk sikap kekecewaan terhadap rezim hari ini. Gerakan hari ini bukan gerakan eksklusif. Hidup mahasiswa, hidup rakyat Indonesia,” tutupnya.
