Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Merespon maraknya kebrutalan aparat, ratusan massa Komite Aksi HAM memenuhi jalan menggelar longmarch dari depan menara phinisi Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) hingga simpang tiga Jl. A. P Pettarani – Jl. Boulevard, Makassar. Kamis, 17/02/2022.
Gio, Jendral Lapangan (Jendlap) Komite Aksi HAM mengungkapkan bahwa korban nyawa menjadi latar belakang utama turunnya ratusan massa dalam aksi ini sebagai penolakan perampasan ruang dan lahan berbagai wilayah di Indonesia.
“Kemarin tewas salah seorang demonstran yang menolak tambang di Parigi itu salah satunya yang buat kita yakin bahwa kekerasan yang di lakukan sama negara melalui aparat itu sudah sangat nyata,” ungkap Gio
Lebih lanjut, Gio juga mengutarakan bahwa pola yang sama dalam menangani konflik lahan yaitu mengabaikan hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) itu selalu terjadi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.
“Represif dan aparat juga tidak pernah perhatikan sama sekali hukum maupun hak asasinya seseorang,” lanjutnya.
Azka, salah satu massa aksi mengatakan bahwa makin hari negara semakin brutal terhadap masyarakat dengan menggunakan aparat untuk melakukan tindakan yang tidak manusiawi.
“Negara melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang tidak manusiawi makin hari makin kacau sekali. Contohnya kasus di Wadas belum selesai sudah ada lagi kasus di Parigi bahkan itu sampai meninggal mi,” pungkas Azka.
Sejalan dengan itu Puti, juga menegaskan bahwa situasi Indonesia saat ini itu mengingatkan kembali dengan rezim orde baru yang mengabaikan ketentuan hukum dan HAM guna memperlancar pembangunan.
“Pembangunan sekarang sudah mirip orde baru, kalau bersuara sedikit di tembak mi,” tegas Puti.
Adapun beberapa tuntutan Komite Aksi HAM yaitu :
1. Hentikan segala bentuk perampasan ruang hidup
2. Hentikan segala bentuk tindakan represif aparat kepolisian
3. Cabut semua UU yang bermasalah
4. Tuntaskan kasus pelanggaran HAM
5. Wujudkan pendidikan gratis
6. Bebaskan semua tahanan politik
7. Hentikan segala bentuk kerusakan lingkungan hidup
8. Hentikan segala bentuk pelanggaran HAM di Papua
