Kronologi Pembubaran Paksa Massa Aksi Diduga oleh Ormas Reaksioner serta Oknum Berlagak Preman
Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Puluhan pengunjuk rasa mengatasnamakan Aliansi Solidaritas Rakyat Makassar untuk Tapol Papua dibubarkan paksa dan mendapati tindakan represif diduga oleh ormas reaksioner serta oknum berlagak preman di depan kampus Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI), Senin (11/11/2019).
Menjelang petang, sekitar 15 orang massa aksi mulai berjalan menuju titik aksi di depan kampus UMI. Massa aksi mulai membentangkan spanduk, pataka-pataka, dan membagikan selebaran kepada para pengguna jalan Urip Sumoharjo.
Aksi tersebut berlangsung dengan tertib. Sekitar puluhan orang turut bergabung dengan massa aksi Solidaritas Rakyat Makassar Untuk Tapol Papua.
Menjelang beberapa menit, puluhan orang dari ormas reaksioner dan preman berjalan mendatangi massa aksi. Mereka mulai melakukan intimidasi, serta memaksa untuk bubar.
Sebelumnya, massa aksi coba membangun dialog dengan ormas dan preman tersebut. “Kelompok yang mendukung OPM adalah musuh kami!,” teriak Zulkifli, salah seorang dari ormas dengan pengeras suara (Toa)
Dari pantauan kami, adapula oknum dari pihak asisten Wakil Rektor III UMI melakukan intimidasi terhadap massa aksi. Oknum Astor WR III tersebut, meminta massa aksi untuk membubarkan diri.
“Kau mahasiswa UMI, ini atasnama UMI bukan? ini bukan atas nama UMI. Silahkan bubar!”
Salah satu massa, berinisial PL mencoba berdialog dan meminta klarifikasi tegas soal adanya pelarangan aksi di depan kampus UMI.
“Apakah Rektor melarang aksi di depan kampus UMI?,” tanyanya.
“Iya, karena kalian aksi bukan atas nama UMI,” jawab oknum Astor WR III.
Massa aksi masih bertahan dan mencoba membangun dialog kembali. Namun, mereka tetap dipaksa untuk bubar.
“Anda bisa berteriak, tapi bukan bebaskan tanpa syarat. Saya tidak melarang anda menuntut pembebasannya mereka, tapi bukan dengan bahasa bebas tanpa syarat,” ujar Zulkifli (Ketua BMI) yang terus mencoba membubarkan paksa massa aksi.
Menurut Humas Solidaritas Rakyat Makassar untuk Tapol Papua, mereka terus membangun dilaog dengan meminta legalitas hukum dari Zulkifli karena merasa berwenang untuk membubarkan aksi.
“Apa haknya bapak untuk bubarkan kami?” Namun, dari pihak Zulkifli tak merespons baik hingga terjadi saling dorong antara pihak ormas, preman, dan mahasiswa.
Kondisi semakin memanas setelah seorang laki-laki berbadan besar, berpakaian kemeja putih, memakai tas samping kecil berwarna hitam terlihat mulai melakukan tindak provokasi. Laki-laki tersebut merebut secara paksa sebuah payung salah satu massa aksi hingga rusak dan patah. Salah satu dari mereka yang mengenakan peci putih dan switer hitam juga terlihat memprovokasi massa aksi. Mereka mengambil paksa spanduk utama, menunjuki massa aksi, menggertak, hingga mendorong massa aksi.
Tak ada lagi dialog terjadi, sentuhan fisik pun mulai dilakukan oleh antara kedua belah pihak. Terlihat oknum Astor WR III, Ormas BMI, sejumlah preman, dan beberapa mahasiswa, mencoba membubarkan paksa jalannya aksi dengan mendorong, mencekik, memukul, dan menendangi massa aksi.
Situasi semakin memanas, tindakan represif yang dilakukan oleh ormas, preman, oknum mahasiswa, semakin menjadi-jadi dengan keterlibatan pihak intel dan pengamanan kampus juga terlibat memaksa agar massa aksi membubarkan diri.
Hingga akhirnya, untuk menghindari konflik fisik dan jatuhnya korban lagi, massa aksi pun perlahan membubarkan diri dengan bergegas berjalan menuju ke dalam kampus UMI.
Diketahui, sebelum aksi digelar, sebelumnya sudah terlihat sekelompok ormas (Brigader Muslim Indonesia) beserta beberapa berlagak preman dan juga oknum mahasiswa yang telah menggelar aksi di depan kampus, tepatnya di gerbang pintu satu (tempat keluar mobil). Aksi yang mereka lakukan, diketahui sebagai bentuk aksi tandingan yang menolak aksi solidaritas di Makassar menuntut pembebasan Tahanan Politik (Tapol) aktivis Papua tanpa syarat.
Humas aksi berinisial (DT) menilai bahwa aksi solidaritas ini sebagai bentuk dukungan dan kecaman terkait proses penangkapan 6 aktivis Papua atas tuduhan makar. “Penangkapan yang tidak sesuai prosedural adalah bentuk tindakan yang menyalahi hukum, dan wujud nyata dari bentuk pembungkaman serta pelarangan berekspresi yang merenggut hak sipil dan politik yang telah dijamin oleh konstitusi,” jelas DT.
Merespons perihal tindakan represif pembubaran aksi yang dinilai sangatlah tidak mendasar, terlebih lagi tendensi yang terjadi di lokasi terkesan sangat rasial.
Humas aksi memberikan tanggapannya, “mereka mempermasalahkan persoalan diksi rakyat Makassar tidak boleh bersolidaritas dan menggelar aksi di Makassar merespons polemik rasialisme terhadap Papua dan penangkapan 6 aktivis karena bersolidaritas atas kasus yang dialami mahasiswa Papua,” DT selaku Humas aksi.
