Pleno dan Lokakarya HPPMI Maros, Merefleksi dan Mengevaluasi Kinerja Kelembagaan

Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Himpunan Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa Indonesia (HPPMI) Maros melaksanakan Pleno Pengurus Pimpinan Pusat (PP) dan Lokakarya HPPMI di Wisma Mutiara Sari, Minggu (23/01/2022).
Kegiatan tersebut bertema “Evaluasi dan Konsolidasi Menuju yang Aspiratif, Edukatif, Advokatif,” yang dihadiri oleh 25 komisariat dan 1 lembaga otonom.
Miswar, selaku ketua panitia mengatakan kegiatan ini merupakan evaluasi setengah kepengurusan yang bertujuan agar meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.
“Sebagai bentuk refleksi suatu lembaga, sebagai ajang untuk evaluasi dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut, Miswar mengungkapkan partisipasi komisariat dan lembaga otonom dapat memaksimalkan kegiatan pleno dan lokakarya dengan memberikan masukan untuk membuat HPPMI Maros menjadi lebih baik lagi.
“Saya berharap, pada kegiatan ini warga HPPMI Maros dalam hal ini teman-teman komisariat dan lembaga otonom turut berpartisipasi memaksimalkan kegiatan di waktu yang terbatas dan menjaga produktivitas kegiatan, karna kami semua berharap kelak HPPMI Maros bisa lebih baik lagi dari pada sebelumnya,” ungkapnya.
Ervan Prakasa selaku ketua HPPMI Maros Komisariat Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) mengatakan sangat mengapresiasi kinerja setengah kepengurusan Pimpinan Pusat HPPMI Maros periode 2021-2023.
“Kami apresiasi kinerja kepengurusan PP HPPMI Maros selama setengah periode ini, karena masih menjaga eksistensi organisasi yang lebih baik dan lebih maju,” katanya.
Ervan juga berharap, hasil dari pleno dapat meningkatkan kinerja kepengurusan untuk membuat HPPMI mampu bersaing di segala bidang dan berkontribusi bagi masyarakat.
“Kami berharap hasil dari rapat pleno PP HPPMI Maros menjadi bahan evaluasi kepengurusan, tidak hanya Pimpinan Pusat tetapi juga komisariat dan lembaga otonom untuk merefleksi kelembagaan kita agar kedepan HPPMI selalu memberikan kontribusi nyata untuk masyarakat, karena kami optimis kader HPPMI mampu bersaing di seluruh bidang,” harapnya.
Ketua Umum Pimpinan Pusat Himpunan Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa Indonesia (HPPMI) Maros dalam hal ini Athillah Naufal,S.M mengungkapkan setengah kepengurusan yang perlu di evaluasi oleh seluruh komisariat dan lembaga otonom untuk memberikan pandangan kepada kepengurusan kedepannya.
“Alhamdulillah kepengurusan PP HPPMI Maros periode 2021-2023 telah melewati setengah masa kepengurusan. Tentu selama waktu tersebut banyak program dan pengurus yang perlu kami evaluasi sejak kami di lantik pada 21 Februari 2021.”
Lanjut, “Pleno dan lokakarya yang dihadiri oleh seluruh komisariat dan lembaga otonom se-HPPMI Maros ini, memberikan banyak pandangan terhadap kepengurusan kami kedepannya yang insya allah akan kami jalankan,” tutupnya.
